FTA Accountants will be partially re-opening the office from Monday 15th June.
This will be mainly for the collection and dropping off of client paperwork and will be by appointment only, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am and 5pm. If these days and times are unlikely to be convenient please let us know and we will arrange an alternative.
For the present time all other communication will continue to be by email and telephone and where required via online platforms such as Zoom, Whatsapp or Facetime. There will not be any face to face meetings in person until further notice.
For visits to pick up or drop off paperwork there will be implementation of all necessary social distancing procedures to keep you and our staff safe. We have screens to separate the reception/waiting area from the main office and there will be a strict policy of one visitor at a time. Hand sanitizer will also be available.
To arrange an appointment to collect paperwork please contact us, preferably by email . Telephone is also okay but we may need to call you back to make the appointment. Once your appointment has been made we will have your paperwork ready to collect in a designated area in reception.
For dropping off paperwork please continue to post through the letterbox where possible. If it is too large to fit through then please make an appointment as above.
